In the current consumer-driven and convenience-based landscape, patients have many choices available when selecting dental providers to meet their expectations. With the basic human need to avoid pain and gravitate toward pleasure, patients’ perceptions of dentistry – whether based in reality or not - are shifting towards placing higher premium on comfort, convenience, and connection with dental providers. In this session, participants will embark on an insightful exploration of navigating patient experiences through their personal needs and wants. Participants will learn the 'F.L.I.P the Lens' implementation system to meet and exceed patient expectations by creating a deep and meaningful connection with every patient, every time!
