Full Arch treatment protocols have advanced leaps and bounds over the past few decades. Today’s treatment options for full arch dental implant treatments have incorporated treatment protocols ranging from the tried and true All-on-4 treatment protocol to the latest advancement in surgical treatments utilizing remote anchorage techniques. We also cannot fail to acknowledge the advancements in digital workflow to aid clinicians in pre-surgical planning of these cases, whether utilizing guided or non-guided protocols. It is imperative for the implant clinician to have a complete understanding of all the factors that will lead to patient satisfaction and long-term success of implant treatment. The goal of this lecture is to a present a comprehensive approach to full arch treatment options for maxillary and mandibular dental implant reconstruction.
