Dr. Ivanov is a specialist in Periodontics with a focus on treating periodontal disease, advanced tissue augmentation, and dental implantology. He received extensive training in all aspects of Periodontics, and he takes pride in providing his patients with the ability to maintain a healthy and esthetic smile. Dr. Ivanov received his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from UC Santa Barbara, graduating with Summa Cum Laude (Highest Honors). He was awarded a D.D.S. degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry. He continued his post-doctoral education by completing an Advanced Periodontics and Implant Dentistry residency at the Veterans Hospital of West LA/UCLA Medical Center. During his residency, Dr. Ivanov obtained extensive experience managing medically compromised patients. His passions include full-mouth rehabilitation, interdisciplinary Perio-Prosthodontics reconstructive therapy, soft tissue augmentation, and aesthetic implantology. Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys life with his young family. His hobbies include fitness, cooking, music, and camping.
