Credentials: Earned a Bachelors Degree in Biology and Chemistry, University of Texas, Austin, Texas, USAF permanent Captain , speicalty was Avionics Electronics for RF-4C Jet Aircraft and C-5A Galaxy. Earned a DMD Degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and a Post Doctoral Certificate in Fixed/Removable Prosthodontics. Was an Assistant Professor of Crown and Bridge, University of Texas Health Science Center, College of Dental Medicine. Completed a one year externship at Harvard with certification to surgically place and restore Branemark ( Nobel ) dental implants. Served as elected President of local School board for three consecutive terms, 9 years. Board was voted the outstanding school board in the state of TExas by Governor Ann Richards in 1988.
A member of the AAID since 1978, private practice in San Antonio , TExas and Charleston, South Carolina since 1978.
