Office Staff/Team Program*
If you are registering yourself as a Technician or Office Staff, you can do so online via the registration process. All office staff must register as attendees (not as Guest/Spouse).  

The Thursday/Friday all-day Dental Implant Team program is optional for Office Staff/Tech attendees. You must add each of these to your registration - the Thursay team session is complimentary, and the there is a $150 fee to attend a Friday breakout tracks. On-site registration for the Dental Implant Team program will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited capacities. Please note: Team member registrations must be associated with a registered doctor/professional attendee.

Guest/Spouse Registration
Guest/Spouse registration can be added to any registration category above during the registration process. This category is intended for those attending in a social capacity and CE is not available for this registration category. Guest/spouse registration includes access to all social events, including daily breakfast and lunch, Welcome Reception, Implant World Expo Reception, and President's Celebration.

**Entrance to the Saturday evening President's Celebration is included for all registered attendees and registered guests. Tickets are only required for non-registered guests.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing or sent by email to AAID@maritz.com and received on or before the dates listed below. No refunds will be offered after October 17, 2024. 

On or before October 16, 2024: 50% of registration fee
October 17, 2024, or later: No refunds issued

Workshop, seminar and other ticketed events: On or before October 16, 2024, 100% of the fee will be refunded. No refunds issued after October 17, 2024.
